Multi-channel marketplace sync
Last updated October 2026
For Sale cards always appear on the Binder shop (subject to the shop minimum). eBay, ManaPool (Magic: The Gathering only), and CardTrader stay off until you connect the channel and list selected cards from My Binder. A sale on any channel updates Binder inventory and ends the listing on the other channels.
Binder vacation mode only hides the Binder shop. It does not pause ManaPool, eBay, or CardTrader. Use each site's own vacation settings if you cannot ship those orders.
Who can use it
Platform operators grant Marketplace sync per seller on Platform users. Until that grant is on, Seller hub will not show Marketplace sync.
Two steps. Never one.
- Open Seller hub → Marketplace sync. Turn on eBay, ManaPool, and/or CardTrader, set markup % and floors, then connect eBay (OAuth), save your ManaPool account email and API token, or paste your CardTrader API token. After you agree on eBay you return to this page. Nothing is listed yet.
- In My Binder, open For Sale. Then list selected cards as described below.
List from My Binder
List on ManaPool appears only on ungraded Magic singles. List on CardTrader is shown for Magic, Pokémon, Lorcana, Flesh and Blood, and Riftbound singles when Binder can map the printing. If the map is missing, List stays grey with a tooltip. Sealed products stay off CardTrader. Binder asks you to confirm List and Unlist for a single card or a bulk selection.
Advanced search Marketplace listings (visible with the same grant as those buttons) can show only cards listed or still listing on eBay, ManaPool, and/or CardTrader, or hide those already listed. Active and Pending are on by default. Turn on Error to find failed listings to clear. More than one channel means either channel. On For Sale, Select all matching filter selects every card in that folder that matches the search, including later pages, for any Binder game. Use it before bulk List or Unlist.
Listing many Magic cards at once is queued and sent to ManaPool in batches (up to 100 per request) so Binder does not hammer their API one card at a time. If ManaPool has no product for one printing, that card shows Error and the rest of the batch still lists. eBay lists in batches of 25 using eBay’s bulk inventory APIs. Your ship-from location and listing policies are reused after the first successful list.
Use Unlist to end the external listing without leaving For Sale. List again after Unlist reuses eBay’s existing offer for that card (Unlist does not delete it). Setting quantity to 0 removes the Binder row and ends the eBay/ManaPool listing.
Quantity, condition, and price
Moving some copies from For Sale to Personal collection (or another folder) revises the live eBay/ManaPool quantity. The listing ends only when no copies of that identity remain For Sale. Increasing or decreasing quantity on a listed For Sale row updates the live eBay/ManaPool quantity.
Changing condition or printing on a listed card revises the live eBay listing in place (same insertion). ManaPool cannot change that identity, so Binder ends the old ManaPool row and lists the new one. Switching a card between ungraded and graded on eBay still ends and relists. Price-only edits revise in place on both channels.
The row shows a disabled Listing… or Unlisting… until eBay or ManaPool confirms. If Unlist fails, Unlist stays clickable so you can retry. A failed first list (after retries) also becomes an error: Unlist ends that attempt (withdraws the eBay offer if one exists) so you can List again instead of staying on Listing… or a stuck error.
eBay details, photos, and Item Specifics
Open Details on a For Sale row for a View on eBay link to the sandbox or live item page (not Seller Hub). Cards listed before that link existed need Unlist then List once so Binder can store the eBay item number.
The eBay title uses the card name, set, collector number, and condition, separated by dashes. Foil printings start with Foil before the name. Non-foil listings do not say Normal in the title. Riftbound numbers include the set size, such as 206/221. Condition in the title stays the short code (NM). Game name is not in the title. Item Specifics still include Game. If the title would be longer than 80 characters, Binder drops the Foil prefix, then the condition, then the collector number.
eBay Item Specifics use the full game name (Magic: The Gathering, Disney Lorcana, Pokémon TCG, and so on) and spell out condition (Near Mint, not only NM). Riftbound listings also send card type, card number, rarity, illustrator, manufacturer (Riot Games), franchise (League of Legends), and card size (Standard) when Binder has them. Pokémon listings send finish (Holo, Reverse Holo, or Regular), card type, number, rarity, illustrator, manufacturer (The Pokémon Company), and gameplay fields Binder already has (HP, stage, speciality, weakness, retreat cost, and attacks). The seller description includes set, number, rarity, finish, that condition, and the card's rules text when Binder has it.
eBay photos use your My Scans pictures when Binder can publish them: front and back if you uploaded both, front only if that is all you have, otherwise Binder's stored catalog photo (not Riftcodex or Scryfall) when eBay can fetch it. Adding a scan after the listing is live does not update eBay. Unlist then List again.
Connecting ManaPool
ManaPool needs the email and API token from your ManaPool seller account, which may differ from Binder to Market. On ManaPool → Seller settings → Integrations, copy the account email and API token. Paste both on Marketplace sync. The email field defaults to your Binder to Market address. Change it if ManaPool uses a different one.
Binder to Market checks the email and token with ManaPool before showing ManaPool Connected. A rejected token is not saved as connected. Reloading Marketplace sync checks the saved token again so that badge matches ManaPool (a revoke drops it; a temporary outage does not). After save, the token field stays empty on purpose: the token is stored and is not shown again. Paste a new token only to replace it.
Connect eBay with OAuth in the same page. After you agree, eBay Connected appears separately. eBay listings use your ship-from address. A raw card under $20 uses eBay Standard Envelope. You print that label from the eBay order. The shipping price is the envelope rate plus the economy packaging amount. A raw card at $20 or more, and every graded slab, ships Ground Advantage in a bubble mailer and adds the standard packaging amount. That $20 line is fixed. It does not follow Economy max slice subtotal. Changing the price across $20 switches the service. Listings already on eBay stay on the old service until you unlist and list again, or change the price across $20. A listing under $100 does not accept returns. eBay still notes its Money Back Guarantee when the item does not match the listing. A listing at $100 or more accepts returns for 30 days, and the buyer pays return shipping. Changing the price across $100 switches that policy. Binder sets two shipping policies named Binder to Market shipping and Binder to Market ground shipping. Handling time is three business days. Combined shipping is on for both, so one checkout from the same seller is one shipment. The buyer must pay for those cards together. Binder keeps those policies in sync. If you edit them on eBay, the next list can put them back. Print labels in eBay Orders. Open eBay Business policies to view them. Do not edit those two policies on eBay to change Binder defaults.
If Connect eBay predates payment, return, or order-ingest scopes, click it again after the operator enables them. The platform store uses this same form. If you close your eBay account, eBay tells Binder to Market. We disconnect eBay here and drop the stored eBay tokens. Your Binder to Market login stays.
External sales and ManaPool labels
Open Seller hub → Marketplace sync → External sales for pick locations after a ManaPool or eBay sale. You also get an in-app notification (and the same sale sound as Binder shop sales) when that sale is recorded. eBay purchases show up when eBay notifies Binder or within a few minutes from Binder's order poll. Create USPS label on that list is platform-store only (postage is billed to Binder to Market EasyPost; ManaPool already collected shipping from the buyer; not a Connect deduction). On the pack page, confirm package weight and size (70 lb / 48 in / 130 in girth caps, same as Binder shop labels), then the live USPS rate, before buying. If the buyer paid for First-Class on ManaPool, the quote is a letter. If they paid for tracked or faster shipping, the quote is Ground Advantage. Other sellers print labels on ManaPool. Keep using eBay's labels for eBay sales.
CardTrader
Paste the API token from your CardTrader profile. Binder verifies it and sets the sales webhook to Binder so sales ingest faster. CardTrader allows only one webhook per token. If another tool already uses that slot, Binder asks before replacing it. Polling still runs if you keep the other URL.
Binder lists in your CardTrader wallet currency. The Binder shop stays USD. Extra-EU CardTrader fees are about 7% for Base (direct) and about 10% for Zero. CardTrader has no listing-count cap. Your first 10 confirmed orders require tracked shipping. Direct cancel can suspend the seller on CardTrader until you contact them.
Enroll in Base and Zero on CardTrader if you want both. Binder does not enroll you. Direct (Base) sales that need shipping use the same platform-store EasyPost pack page as ManaPool. Other sellers ship on CardTrader. Zero sales are a pick list here. Finish the weekly hub box on CardTrader. Binder will not API-send that parcel. Ship the weekly Zero box within four business days or you may have to rebuy at your cost. CardTrader TOS also says ship the next day.
Pricing
Use the pricing queue to compare For Sale list prices with suggested market. Changing a list price there, including bulk Use suggested, revises opted-in eBay, ManaPool, and CardTrader listings. See pricing queue.
- Binder shop uses your list price.
- External price is Binder × (1 + channel markup %) then the channel floor. Example: Binder $10, eBay markup 15%, floor $1.50 → eBay $11.50.
- Shop minimum $0.15 excludes a card from the Binder shop and ManaPool (not a price bump). eBay still uses its own floor.
- eBay monthly new listing budget is how many new eBay listings Binder may create this calendar month (unless paid insertions are on). Open eBay Seller Hub Overview, then Monthly limits. Copy the remaining item quantity into that field. That number is eBay's sell cap, not Binder's create count.
CardTrader formula and repair jobs
When CardTrader is on, choose Binder list or Europe guide for new Lists. Binder list uses your shop dollars, CardTrader markup, and USD floor. Europe guide uses the CardTrader liquidity floor in dollars (five cheapest playable copies), then a grade premium, markup, and the same USD floor. Near Mint is 20% above the floor. Lightly Played is 10% above. Moderately Played is the floor. Heavily Played is 15% below. Damaged is 20% below. A euro CardTrader wallet converts when Binder lists. Changing that formula does not reprice live listings. Use the pricing queue Europe guide to update live CardTrader prices.
Confirm Full resync For Sale before it runs. It revises opted-in eBay, ManaPool, and CardTrader listings and can List opted-in rows that never went live. It does not double-list Binder-managed rows. Off-site CardTrader products can still create a second listing. Confirm Reconcile now to repair every active listing for you (quantity, price, ends). It does not List missing products. CardTrader price revises on those jobs only if the formula is Binder list.
