Vacation mode

Use Vacation mode on Seller settings when you cannot buy in-app labels for new Binder shop orders within three business days. Vacation does not excuse orders already placed. See the shipping policy. Turn it on before you leave so buyers do not place orders you cannot pack.

What Binder does

Your For Sale cards stay in My Binder with the same prices and quantities. They are hidden from the public shop. Buyers cannot add them to cart or check out. Open orders still need to ship. Vacation does not cancel them. Turning vacation off makes those same listings visible again.

Vacation is not the same as a platform marketplace suspend. Staff or automated trust/recovery actions can still hide your shop. You cannot clear that from Seller settings.

ManaPool, eBay, and CardTrader

Binder does not pause third-party listings. If those channels are connected, Seller settings links out so you can pause them yourself:

• ManaPool seller settings: turn off List Singles / List Sealed.
• eBay Time Away: schedule time away and choose Pause item sales if you cannot ship.
• CardTrader settings: pause sales there. Binder does not PATCH CardTrader vacation.

If a channel is not enabled or connected, those links are omitted. Listings on that site stay under that site's rules until you change them there.
