Seller Terms

Last updated September 2026

These Seller Terms apply when you list items for sale on Binder to Market. They are an agreement between you and Binder to Market LLC (doing business as Binder to Market). They supplement the Terms of Service. If they conflict on a seller-only topic (listings, fulfillment, payouts, recovery), these Seller Terms control. Version 2026-09-07.

You must accept the current version before you can sell. If we publish a new version, you may need to re-accept it before you continue listing or receiving payouts.

1. Eligibility and onboarding

  • You must be at least 18, complete seller onboarding, accept these terms, and finish Stripe Connect verification when required.
  • You must maintain a United States ship-from address we support (including APO / FPO / DPO). International ship-from is not supported.
  • Self-serve registration may be paused by Binder to Market at any time.
  • You represent that you have authority to sell the inventory you list, that you own it or are otherwise authorized to sell it, and that listing it does not violate law, contract, or third-party rights.
  • You agree to Stripe's Connected Account Agreement and other Stripe terms that apply to your Connect account. Stripe may collect tax and identity information from you.

2. Listings and inventory

  • Listings must accurately describe card identity, edition/finish, condition, quantity, grade or cert when claimed, and price.
  • You must honor sold inventory and remove or update listings promptly when stock changes.
  • Listing limits and trust tiers may apply. See seller guides in the Help Center.
  • You must not list counterfeit cards, stolen goods, unauthorized proxies sold as authentic, or items that infringe intellectual property.
  • Photos should fairly represent the copy you will ship. Scan matching is a tool, not a warranty that the match is correct. You confirm identity before you sell.

3. Fulfillment

Binder shop orders must be shipped with an in-app USPS label purchased on the seller order page through our EasyPost integration. That is the only way to fulfill those orders and release payout. You must buy the label within three business days (Monday–Friday) after checkout, as described in the Shipping policy. Follow packaging standards.

Pack the order first. Then enter the packed weight (from a scale) and outer dimensions before you buy the label. Prefill values are estimates. If you purchase the wrong service, under-declare weight or size, or otherwise make the label unusable, you pay for replacement postage and any carrier or EasyPost postage adjustments. Vacation mode pauses new Binder shop orders. It does not excuse orders already placed. If you cannot fulfill, use the product controls promptly so the buyer can be refunded.

In-app labels do not sell extra insurance today.

4. Fees and payouts

Platform commission and payment processing are disclosed during onboarding and on the order. Amounts shown at order time (including any per-unit fee cap then in effect) govern that order. We may change fees going forward with notice in the product or Help Center.

Seller payouts are not released before shipment. After you buy an in-app label, the Stripe Connect payout path for that slice applies, minus fees, label cost, and any amounts you owe us. See payouts and fees.

5. Payment authorization, refunds, and recovery

You authorize Binder to Market and our payment processors (including Stripe) to:

  • Hold funds from sales for a reasonable period for shipping, returns, disputes, chargebacks, and policy violations
  • Deduct fees, shipping-label costs, postage adjustments, refunds, chargebacks, replacement-label costs, and other amounts you owe from your Connect balance or future payouts
  • Reverse Connect transfers when a buyer is refunded or a charge is otherwise reversed
  • Track any remaining amount as a recovery shortfall if a reversal cannot fully cover a buyer refund, and collect that shortfall from later Connect payouts

This authorization continues until you close your seller account and pay amounts still owed. Closing or disconnecting Connect does not erase those obligations. Failed collection may result in paused listings, additional collection steps, and trust strikes as described in our Connect recovery policy and trust policy.

You must cooperate in buyer disputes and honor refund obligations under our Returns and refunds policy. If a refund, return, or chargeback is your fault (including non-shipment, wrong item, material misrepresentation, or counterfeit), you are responsible for the refunded merchandise, associated shipping, and related processor fees.

6. Channel sync (eBay and ManaPool)

Binder shop listings are automatic for For Sale inventory. eBay and ManaPool are optional and require staff enablement plus your per-listing opt-in. If you connect a channel, you authorize us to send listing data, images, prices, and quantities, and to ingest sales so we can decrement inventory. You remain responsible for complying with that channel's own terms. Vacation mode on Binder to Market does not pause eBay or ManaPool.

7. Tax and legal compliance

You are responsible for taxes, licenses, and legal obligations in your jurisdiction, except where Binder to Market collects and remits tax as a marketplace facilitator or through Stripe Tax. Marketplace tax collection does not make us your accountant. You must provide accurate tax information to Stripe when requested.

8. Enforcement

We may pause listings, payouts, or seller access for policy violations, fraud risk, trust strikes, unpaid recovery, or legal compliance. See Reviews, strikes, and account trust. We may report illegal activity to payment processors or law enforcement. Appeals: contact [email protected].

9. Independent seller

You are an independent seller, not an employee, partner, or joint venturer of Binder to Market. Except for the limited payment-collection agency in the Terms of Service, you have no authority to bind us.

10. Changes

When these terms change, we will publish a new version and update 2026-09-07 (or its successor). You may need to re-accept updated terms before continuing to sell.
