Listing limits & seller tiers
Last updated October 2026
Binder to Market may cap how much inventory can be publicly listed at once. Limits protect buyers and operators while new sellers build history. Established sellers typically see higher or unlimited thresholds configured by marketplace staff.
What counts as a listing
Caps apply to qualifying rows in your For Sale folder. Each priced line with quantity of at least one counts as one listing. Items is the sum of quantity on those rows. Listed value is price × quantity. Caps use listing count and listed value, not item count. Your My Binder strip shows listings, items, and listed value (with used/max when a cap applies). Seller settings shows the same usage when Connect selling is enabled.
New vs established (trust tier)
When you become a marketplace seller your account starts in the NEW tier with tighter defaults. Staff can move you to ESTABLISHED when limits should match the broader marketplace profile. Operators can also mark trusted accounts as exempt so limits do not apply.
If you hit a cap
- Move cards out of For Sale, merge duplicates, or reduce quantities to free exposure.
- Lower prices if the block is tied to total listed value or per-listing price ceilings.
- Contact marketplace support ([email protected]) if you believe your tier should be adjusted.
