Labels & tracking (sellers)

Last updated October 2026

Fulfill Binder shop orders with Create & print USPS label on the seller order page. That in-app EasyPost purchase is the only way to mark the order shipped and release payout. Set a ship-from address on your profile. Set Name on labels there (for example Binder to Market or David). That line prints above the street on the 4x6. First and last name on Profile is optional and is not the postage line. Checkout rates are platform-wide. See shipping rates. How to pack: packaging standards. Full rules: shipping policy.

Ship-by

Buy the label within three business days (Monday–Friday) after the buyer pays. Weekends are skipped. Federal holidays still count. If you miss that window, the buyer can cancel and you may receive a strike. Vacation mode does not excuse orders already placed.

Ship-from must be United States

Same rule as buyer addresses: US only, including APO / FPO / DPO (AA, AE, AP). International ship-from is not supported. Addresses are verified for deliverability when you save them.

Scale and dimensions

Keep a scale that reads ounces and a ruler or tape. Workflow:

  1. Pack the order to the packaging standards.
  2. Weigh the sealed mailer or box (not the cards alone).
  3. Measure outer length, width, and height.
  4. Enter those numbers on the seller order, then create the label. Prefill values are a guess from the checkout band. A raw letter starts near 1.1 oz and 9.5 by 4.1 inches. A bubble mailer is thicker. A graded slab prefills heavier than a raw card. Change them whenever the packed package differs. Tape, toploaders, and mailers add weight and size.

Clicking create looks up the live USPS rate and shows the label cost deducted from your Connect payout before you confirm. Caps: 70 lb (1120 oz), 48 inches on a side, 130 inches length plus girth. If the live rate would leave a $0 Connect payout, the label is refused. If the pack is past a letter (more than 14 cards, over 3.5 oz, a bubble, or a slab), the quote is Ground Advantage, not a First-Class flat. A box on an economy order quotes Ground Advantage too.

Wrong label or postage adjustment

If you buy the wrong service (for example a letter label on a bubble mailer), under-declare weight or size, print a damaged label, or otherwise make that postage unusable, you pay to fix it. Buy a correct in-app label when the product allows, or pay USPS for replacement postage. Binder to Market does not donate a second label for seller error. If EasyPost or USPS later bills extra postage because the package did not match what you declared, that amount may be recovered from your Connect balance.

Unused labels that were never scanned may be eligible for an EasyPost postage refund on their timeline. That is not guaranteed. Already-accepted mail cannot be edited. A bad buyer address is not treated as your packing error. Contact support or use the dispute tools.

Insurance

Extra USPS or EasyPost insurance and signature confirmation are not sold on the buy-label screen. Do not count on adding USPS retail insurance at the post office after an EasyPost label is printed. Pack high-value orders well, use tracked parcel service, and photograph the packed package. See the shipping policy.

ManaPool external sales

Labels for Binder shop orders stay on the seller order page above. In-app USPS labels for ManaPool external sales are a separate pack page under external sales. That path is platform-store only (EasyPost bills the platform account, not a Connect deduction). Confirm weight and dimensions, then the live USPS rate, before the label is purchased. Other sellers print on ManaPool. eBay shipping stays on eBay. See marketplace sync.

Payouts

Buyer shipping at checkout uses published band postage plus platform packaging (both waived when free shipping applies to that seller). Connect payout releases when you buy an in-app label. The platform purchases the label on your behalf. Label cost is deducted from your payout. Packaging you charged the buyer stays in your earnings. See payouts and fees.
