Product inventory

Last updated August 2026

Use Product inventory for sealed booster boxes, packs, and accessories. Singles and graded slabs stay in My Binder. See Using My Binder for cards and graded intake.

Listing from the catalog

Search the published product catalog by name or UPC. Pick a match, set quantity and list price, and save. Buyers see the product on the public Products shop when your copy is in stock and priced.

Each listing row is tied to a platform catalog product. Image, description, shipping weight, and dimensions come from catalog data. When you fulfill a sealed or graded slice, confirm weight and carton dimensions on the seller order page before you buy the USPS label. Checkout already rates those slices as box (tracked).

When a product is missing

If search returns no matches, use Request catalog product on the Product inventory page. Fill in product kind, game (for sealed), name, description, and UPC when you have one. Submit sends the request to platform review. It does not create a listing immediately.

Track status on Catalog requests: pending, approved, rejected, or marked duplicate of an existing catalog entry. Approved requests become draft catalog products. Staff finish the image and dimensions, then publish, before you can list them.

After approval

When your request is approved, return to Product inventory and search again for the new catalog entry. If staff marked your request as a duplicate, use the linked existing product instead of waiting for a new SKU.

Rejected requests include a reason from the review queue. Fix the details and submit a new request if that still fits the product.
